Rus Warriors, Cadian Stormtroopers, a Rhino APC, Random Minis, and a Cliff Faced Hill

Hello,

It's been awhile since I posted, but I do have a few minis for you.  First up are nine Old Glory Rus Warriors with axes.

These guys mix in terrifically with Gripping Beast Rus.  I'll do comparison pics in a later post.

Here's six old metal GW Imperial Guard storm troopers.

Here's a plastic GW Rhino APC for them to ride around in.  I must have six or seven of these now.

Here they are with the Rhino hunting barbarians.

Here's a Old Glory robot and a GW metal Rohan character.  Yes, the flag is wrong; I didn't feel like painting a bunch of white horsey lace.

Here's an Roebeast's Magical House of Sunshine zombie, a Victory Force zombie, a Warlord Survivor, and an  alien I made for the Battlestations game.  You can buy Roebeast's zombies at http://www.rsquaredcomics.com/

Today everyone was posing on this big tiered hill I built.  It is meant to sit on a table corner.  The rock faces were a mix of spackle and tree bark if you couldn't tell.
It's light on vegetation so I can add separate pieces and use it for desert, jungle, or forest terrain.

Till next time, beloved, which hopefully isn't to long.  I have three "The Men Who would be Kings" and "Pulp Alley" games to post.  There's also 50ish Warlord Prussians, OG Prussians, Rafm not-space marines, imperial guard, and more robots that are 95% done.

Robots, Rus, Revolting Peasants, German Minenwerfer Crew, Old School Dwarves, and More!

Hello Dearest Distinguished Viewers or Accidental Visitors,

I recently finished painting an almost random selection of miniatures and took pictures of them.

First up are seven Old Glory Robots.

I painted the least exciting models first.  I was hoping I could come up with an good paint scheme, before moving on to their more exciting robot poses.  I think they will fit my zombies.

Here are three Old Glory Rus models.

I've got a more almost complete, but their shields aren't done.

Here are eight Old Glory large minenwerfer crew.  I still need to paint the minenwerfers.

Some Old Glory Revolting Peasants.  Their weapons are huge.

Finally something not Old Glory, here are three ancient Grenadier dwarves.

You can still get these models, from Mirlton miniatures.  Mine are sort of beat up from years in a lead pile.

Here are five more.  They'll be great for Dragon Rampant or Chaos Wars.

I really need some of the Bat Riding Dwarves.

Here are two Ral Partha dwarf crossbows and an Grenadier plastic crossbow from the Fantasy Warriors box set.

Here are two more plastic Grenadier dwarves and a bit of scatter scenery.

Here's a Perry plastic British rifleman, a metal Warlord Prussian casualty, and a Warlord plastic Prussian with a Victrix head.

Running away from the icky dead body.

Lastly a Games Workshop plastic Gondorian and a RAFM/Games Workshop Dr. Who Unit model.  I found the Unit guy in the flgs Active Imagination's bit box.

Till next time, when I should have some Prussians, Rus, Robots, and 40K Imperial Guard (Asstro Mili-terrarium).

Love and Kisses,

Project Z Bikers hit the Road!

Hello Fine Viewer,

A quick post to show you a few mini-things I've finished painting.   I actually used all these guys in a big Project Z game, but forgot memory stick in camera.

First up are four Old Glory bikers.

Three more Old Glory bikers.

A small group of Warlord Games bikers on foot.

The lady on the left is a little cheeky.  I think the Warlord sculptor sculpts lovely bottoms.

2 Warlord Games survivors and another biker.  The lady on the left is wearing her favorite "Make America Great Again" hat and is always saying President Hillary is responsible for the zombies.

Here's some random bits.  Two crappy beds, two more boring barrels, and some sort of robot thing I found in our FLGS Active Imagination's bits bins.

The roads are thin sheets of wood, with a thin sheet of corrugated cardboard on top, slathered in paint and sand.

I made five pieces of road and tried hard to make it look worn.

Till next time, beloved viewer, when we'll have Rus, robots, revolting peasants, dwarves, and a German minenwerfer crew.

many hugs and kisses,
Baconfat

Dacians, Dwarves, big robot, Mushrooms, Random Terrain, and a Poo Poo Alien

Hello,

I've got a fair number of minis done and ready for viewing.

Here are a few Warlord Games plastic Dacians.  I needed some guys without spear and falx.

The shields paint jobs are actually decals, except the Roman shield which is really painted.

Here are some Old Glory Dacian archers.

Here are four Old Glory Bohemian medieval archers.  I keep finding these guys in my lead pile; I've painted more than the 30 that I bought; no idea why they keeping popping up.

Here are six of the plastic dwarves OOP Grenadier miniatures released in their Fantasy Warriors boxed set game.

Here are two metal Nick Lund Grenadier metal minis and another Dacian archer that missed the earlier pictures.

Here's five of Grenadiers plastic Fantasy Warrior dwarf crossbow troops.

Here are five of the really nice Old Glory Dwarf Wars minis.

A Reaper dungeon loot piece painted like garbage bags and two resin bed things of unknown manufacture.

Here's a repainted MechWarrior plastic robot thing and a mini that I sculpted that was supposed to be a Battlestations Silicoid.  It looks like a poop.

I also made some giant mushrooms out of Sculpy bake clay.

Mushrooms are disgusting with those valve things underneath.

Here are four mini-obelisk things I scraped out of foam.  They might be good plot points for Pulp Alley or Strange Aeons terrain.

I knocked out another middle east/colonial era terrain piece.

Made a few tiny Poke-balls.  They are completely useless versus zombies.

Here's a sneak peek of a space ship that I've been making for the Battlestations board game.

Till next time, when I'll probably have post apocalyptic bikers, space ship corridors, and who knows what.

Love and Kisses,
